State Regulations

Connecticut
36 operations (i.e one landing and a takeoff are two operations) are allowed per landing area. If more than that, it needs to be approved. Some towns have helicopter restrictions, some towns have noise restrictions. The CT DOT (Aviation 860-594-2534 Wayne) recommends to contact the towns directly. The following town prohibits landings: Enfield.

Masschusetts
According to the Massachusetts Aeronautical Commission, only Dennis on Cape Cod has restrictions on helicopter landings.

A temporary landing permit is required. It can be obtained by NH DOT.
